Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality, compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs), financial plans, and annual review documents for Australian clients.
- Conduct comprehensive technical research on superannuation, retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance, and investments.
- Utilize financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Midwinter, COINS) to create accurate modeling, cash flow projections, and strategy comparisons.
- Collaborate closely with Australian Advisors to gather client information, clarify objectives, and refine strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all documentation strictly adheres to Australian regulatory requirements (Corporations Act, ASIC, FASEA).
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and data within the firm's CRM and practice management system.
- Assist with the implementation of strategic recommendations and support the client onboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Offshore Paraplanner specifically servicing the Australian financial services market.
- Deep technical knowledge of Australian superannuation (including SMSFs), investment strategies, tax laws, and insurance structures.
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning software; strong Xplan skills are highly regarded and essential for success.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH environment with a dedicated home office and reliable high-speed internet.
