As our Sales Manager, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge biotechnological solutions and the market's evolving needs for efficiency and sustainability. You will manage high-value client relationships, navigate complex technical sales cycles, and contribute to the growth of our business in the Indonesian market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the oil, fats, and biodiesel market segments.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the biotechnology and oleochemical industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of enzyme-based solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to provide tailored solutions that address specific client pain points.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to support business decision-making.
- Represent PT Wuxi Vland Indonesia at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and professional networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve regional sales targets and profitability goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within the oil and fats, oleochemicals, or enzyme sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of biodiesel production processes and market trends in Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and KPIs.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- High degree of self-motivation, independence, and professional integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM software for sales management.
