In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive omnichannel e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth across multiple online platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize our digital presence, enhance customer experience, and maximize revenue generation in the competitive F&B marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, and the ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement omnichannel e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth across multiple marketplaces and platforms
- Manage and optimize product listings on major e-commerce platforms including Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and proprietary online stores
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, website traffic, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with the marketing team toηε and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales events
- Manage inventory coordination and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with platform account managers and third-party logistics partners
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales roles, preferably in the F&B or consumer goods industry
- Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts successfully
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, e-commerce platform dashboards, and data interpretation
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce CMS platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
