Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with minimal downtime
- Provide on-site user training and technical documentation
- Coordinate with remote support teams for complex problem resolution
- Ensure all installations comply with security protocols and industry standards
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimization
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies at client locations
- Document all technical activities and maintain service records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site technical support/engineering
- Proficiency in network administration and system troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
