You will deliver high-impact online lessons, assess student needs, recommend tailored courses, and provide the ongoing support that ensures student success and retention. We offer a structured curriculum, a collaborative team environment, and a competitive salary package of RM 3,600 to RM 4,000 per month.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and effective online English lessons tailored to individual student proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Provide expert academic counselling and course guidance to prospective and current students, helping them select the best pathway for their success.
- Track student progress, deliver constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes and student retention.
- Perform administrative duties related to student scheduling, record-keeping, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching materials based on student feedback and performance data.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as trial lessons and enrollment consultations to support business growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest ESL/EFL teaching methodologies and online education trends to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Foster a positive, motivational, and professional online learning environment that aligns with Smartway English Academy's values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL).
- Recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours).
- Excellent command of the English language (Native or C2 proficiency).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-centred approach to counselling and teaching.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a flexible workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language goals.
