Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness across all digital channels.
- Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics.
- Lead the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media ads.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and lead generation to measure campaign success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Oversee content creation and management to ensure all digital assets are engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, online sales, or a similar managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics and digital trends.
