- Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Process orders, coordinate shipping, and handle returns.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, and images for SEO.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform updates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or online store management.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles is a plus.
