Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately list and update product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels across all online platforms.
- Monitor and manage online inventory to prevent stockouts and overselling, coordinating with logistics and sales teams as needed.
- Assist in the processing of online orders, from verification to tracking, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Provide front-line support for customer inquiries related to products, orders, and website navigation.
- Implement and optimize SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to improve search visibility and traffic.
- Regularly audit online store content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Generate basic reports on online store performance, sales, and inventory status.
- Assist in setting up and launching promotional campaigns and special offers on the online stores.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in e-commerce operations, online store administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce) is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and an impeccable eye for detail, particularly with data entry and product information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
