Tanggung Jawab
- Promote RedDoorz hotel rooms across Indonesia via online channels (social media, digital platforms) and offline methods
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, bookings, and post-booking support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic marketing efforts
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Report sales performance metrics and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
