Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking/wealth management with priority client exposure
- Proven track record in client relationship management and sales achievement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial markets and client needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CFP, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking platforms
