We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operating Sales Manager to lead our sales division and drive market growth. As our Operating Sales Manager, you will be the bridge between our production capabilities and market demands. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, managing high-value accounts, and mentoring our sales team to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our revenue targets in the competitive Jakarta market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the packaging industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations and production departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage the sales budget, forecast revenue, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company profit margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales Management within the Packaging or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the packaging market landscape in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
