Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of current agronomy workflows to identify operational inefficiencies.
- Design and implement improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce production costs.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline industrial plantation operations.
- Analyze field data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Coordinate with regional managers to ensure the successful roll-out of new SOPs and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all agronomy departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operational improvement, specifically within large-scale industrial plantations or agribusiness.
- Strong expertise in industrial diagnostics, process mapping, and performance benchmarking.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems common in the agriculture industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to plantation sites as required for operational audits and implementation support.
