We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operational Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our warehouse partners, ensuring that every aspect of our fulfillment operations meets our rigorous standards for quality, speed, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, maintaining operational governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with warehouse partners to ensure alignment with company operational goals.
- Monitor daily fulfillment performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety governance across all partner facilities.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to audit operations and service quality.
- Analyze operational data to provide insights and reports to senior management regarding fulfillment health.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery issues promptly.
- Lead initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce operational costs without compromising service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or account management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of fulfillment processes, inventory management, and logistics KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
