Paletas Wey is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Data Analyst to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive operational improvements across our manufacturing, retail, and logistics operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can optimize our business processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, operational workflows, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various operational sources including manufacturing, retail, and logistics systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
- Collaborate with operational managers and department heads to implement data-driven solutions and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide recommendations for further optimization
- Create automated data pipelines and workflows to streamline reporting processes
- Prepare and present analytical findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex datasets
- Good communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
