Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of ADRIANA Cocina & Bar, ensuring high-quality service and smooth workflow at all times.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, controlling costs, and driving revenue to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, health regulations, and company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste and optimize stock control.
- Drive business development initiatives, including special events, promotions, and partnerships, to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of managing operations and financial performance in a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multi-cultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
