We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to lead our branch operations in Pontianak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of branch activities based on strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will act as a key support to the Branch Manager, ensuring that all operational standards are met while driving the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs. You will manage inventory, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain a positive work environment for your team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch operations strictly in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Provide high-standard support to the Branch Manager to ensure the consistent achievement of monthly branch targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch staff to ensure high productivity, employee engagement, and retention.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to enhance the brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Monitor daily financial reports, operational expenses, and labor costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Excel, etc.) and inventory management systems.
