Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure targets are met on schedule.
- Provide clear instructions and support to team members to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor workflow quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to management.
- Address and resolve any minor operational issues or staff conflicts that arise.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Business or Operations Management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site in Kampar.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operations.
