Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily operational aspects of our luxury rental properties, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from booking to checkout.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and guest-centric service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize occupancy rates, maximize revenue generation, and control costs effectively.
- Ensure impeccable property maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness for guest arrivals, coordinating efficiently with external vendors and internal staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and urgency, guaranteeing exceptional satisfaction and fostering positive reviews.
- Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards across all managed properties to maintain compliance and quality.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, analyze performance metrics, and report on key operational indicators to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure property listings are attractive and aligned with operational capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in property management, hotel operations, or luxury villa rentals, with at least 3 years in a direct managerial role.
- Proven track record in successfully leading and developing operational teams within a high-end hospitality or real estate environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong guest-focused approach.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including extensive experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in property management software (PMS) and strong overall computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment in Bali.
