Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily property operations to ensure seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Supervise and train housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain strict quality standards.
- Coordinate routine property maintenance, inspections, and repairs to prevent downtime.
- Manage inventory levels for guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and property equipment.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and implement operational checklists to improve team efficiency and property upkeep.
- Monitor property budgets and track expenses related to maintenance and supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality operations, or facility management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate onsite teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and organization.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in using property management software or digital task-tracking tools.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required by operational needs.
