Kalbe Consumer Health is looking for a dedicated Operational Technology (OT) Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site's digital infrastructure, ensuring that our production systems, automated machinery, and control networks operate at peak performance.
As an OT Staff, you will bridge the gap between information technology and industrial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the systems that drive our manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive daily support and maintenance for Operational Technology (OT) systems and industrial control equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to minimize production downtime.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches for all OT-related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into the existing production environment.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configuration records.
- Respond to emergency system failures promptly, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and data security protocols for industrial networks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems including PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, and DCS.
- Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments and basic database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to a contract-based structure.
