Tanggung Jawab
- Draft and edit technical articles, developer guides, and API documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the content strategy for internal and external communication channels.
- Conduct research on current fintech trends to inform high-impact copy.
- Assist in managing technical knowledge bases and product documentation updates.
- Proofread and polish technical collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to improve engineering team visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Computer Science, English, or a related field.
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian, with excellent written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and fintech concepts.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, concise, and engaging copy.
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating technical or creative writing skills.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in our Central Jakarta office.
