- Strategic oversight of CNC machining operations and production workflows

- Implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in CNC machining operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in CNC programming, tooling, and precision manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in operational cost reduction and productivity enhancement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production management software
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
