Elitez Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager – Securities Services to join our dynamic team in Tampines, East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation activities across a diverse range of financial products. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end trade processing and settlement operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage daily reconciliation tasks for securities accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Lead the team in handling exception items and performing root cause analysis for operational failures.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards in all operations.
- Implement process improvements and automation strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, treasury, and compliance to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in securities operations, trade processing, or settlement.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of financial products, including equities, bonds, and derivatives.
- Proficiency in banking systems and trade management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
