Tanggung Jawab

- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of field operations staff and supervisors.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Monitor daily fleet operations and logistics to guarantee on-time service delivery.
- Manage regional budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive sustainability initiatives and community programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the waste management or environmental services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and improve operational performance.
- Excellent knowledge of local environmental laws, health and safety regulations, and waste disposal protocols.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and fleet tracking systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
