Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive pest inspections in management offices, retail spaces, and mall common areas
- Implement targeted treatment plans using EPA-approved pesticides and integrated pest management methods
- Install and maintain pest control equipment including bait stations, traps, and monitoring systems
- Document pest activity, treatment efficacy, and compliance with health regulations
- Advise clients on sanitation practices and structural modifications to prevent pest entry
- Collaborate with facility teams on emergency response protocols during infestation outbreaks
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with pest control certification (K3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial pest control or sanitation management
- Deep knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and safety protocols
- Strong analytical skills for pest identification and treatment planning
- Ability to work independently in diverse commercial environments
- Excellent communication skills for client education and team coordination
- Physical capability to handle equipment and perform site inspections
