- Supervise and mentor field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
- Manage daily operations, including route planning, scheduling, and team allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage inventory of pest control chemicals and equipment.
- Train new staff on proper handling techniques and safety measures.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Biology, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pest control operations or facility management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent certification.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting.
