Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with strict safety regulations, health codes, and company standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls to minimize operational disruptions.
- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other stakeholders to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards, as per the job description.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in facilities operations or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and basic electrical/mechanical principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid technical certification or trade license is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
