We are looking for a passionate and skilled Operator Sound & Lighting to join the dynamic team at Pengiklan Anonim. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the operation, configuration, and maintenance of high-quality audio-visual systems within our F&B business operations. You will play a critical part in ensuring that every event and service meets our high standards of auditory and visual excellence.
As a Sound and Lighting Operator, you will work closely with our creative and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences. Your expertise will ensure that sound systems are perfectly tuned, lighting consoles are programmed for the desired atmosphere, and all equipment functions flawlessly during live operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and configure professional sound systems, audio mixers, and lighting consoles.
- Perform daily maintenance, setup, and teardown of AV equipment for events and operations.
- Collaborate with event planners to understand technical requirements and audio-visual needs.
- Ensure high-fidelity sound quality and appropriate lighting effects for all business activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio and lighting gear promptly.
- Manage inventory of AV cables, microphones, and lighting fixtures.
- Assist in the installation and rigging of stage lighting and sound equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sound Operator, Lighting Operator, or in a similar AV role.
- Strong knowledge of audio mixing boards, digital mixers, and lighting control software.
- Familiarity with sound reinforcement systems and stage lighting fixtures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment and work in various environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
