- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance data migration projects across AP, AR, GL, CE, and FA modules
- Develop comprehensive migration strategies including data mapping, cleansing, and validation protocols
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve data dependencies and system integration challenges
- Implement data quality controls and post-migration validation processes
- Manage migration timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Document migration procedures, test scripts, and technical specifications
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on migration best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance data migration projects
- Deep technical knowledge of AP, AR, GL, CE, and FA modules
- Expertise in ETL tools, data mapping, and migration methodologies
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting
- Certification in Oracle Fusion Finance or ERP migration preferred
