As an Oracle Retail Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex retail systems, ensuring that our clients achieve their digital transformation goals through the Oracle Retail suite.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Oracle Retail ecosystem (including MOM, RMS, and RPM) and a proven track record of managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and high-level stakeholders, to navigate project complexities and deliver scalable solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Oracle Retail implementation and upgrade projects.
- Manage project scope, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate communication between technical development teams and retail business stakeholders.
- Perform comprehensive risk management and develop mitigation strategies for project bottlenecks.
- Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases to ensure quality standards.
- Provide detailed project status reports and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal quality assurance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically focusing on Oracle Retail solutions.
- Deep functional or technical knowledge of the Oracle Retail suite (MOM, RMS, RPM, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on retail business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
