In this role, you will be the backbone of our order-to-delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution for our single machine and small project orders.
As an Order Processing Executive, you will utilize SAP to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client orders. You will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring that all regional requirements are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of single machines and small project orders within SAP.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and data integrity in the ERP system.
- Proactively communicate order status and updates to regional stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or stock availability issues.
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and technical order documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regional trade regulations for all deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
