Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex order management and fulfillment issues.
- Handle customer billing disputes by performing root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor and manage credit lines, ensuring alignment with company risk policies and financial guidelines.
- Prepare regular reporting on order status, aging accounts, and credit metrics for management review.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain compliance with internal audit standards and data integrity protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, or Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
