- Manage daily content creation and scheduling for Telegram, Facebook, and Viber groups.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to boost interaction.
- Analyze traffic data to optimize content performance and increase organic reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and thematic campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics within the community.
- Moderate discussions to maintain a positive and safe community environment.
- Create engaging posts, polls, and multimedia content to maximize user retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content operations and community management.
- Strong proficiency in managing communities on Telegram, Facebook, and Viber.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and organic traffic strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from engagement metrics.
