Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for OTR tire products
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities
- Lead new product launch planning and ensure successful market introduction
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications and features
- Work with marketing teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage product lifecycle and make strategic decisions regarding product updates or discontinuation
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tire or automotive industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the Indonesian market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer feedback
- Excellent project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of OTR tire products and applications in various industries
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
