Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize loss.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Manage the store's financial performance, including daily cash handling, reporting, and budget adherence.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management is a plus.
