Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain overhead cranes and hoisting systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and adjustments on crane components including motors, brakes, and control systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and ensure compliance with OHS regulations and company policies
- Keep detailed maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment performance and repairs
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate repairs and minimize production downtime
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper crane maintenance and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Heavy Equipment Technology or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an overhead crane technician or similar role
- Valid certification in overhead crane operation and maintenance (e.g., CICB, NCCCO)
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial equipment
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment for heavy machinery
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
