Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed consultations with students and parents to identify suitable overseas education options based on academic profiles, career goals, and budget constraints
- Develop and execute personalized study plans for prospective students, including university selection, application guidance, and pre-departure preparation
- Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new leads through campus visits, educational fairs, and digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities across key destination countries
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and presentations for student recruitment events
- Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, agents, and community stakeholders to expand referral networks
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or sales within the education sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with ability to conduct consultations in English
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Professional presentation skills with experience in public speaking and workshop facilitation
