Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and source innovative packaging solutions for diverse beauty products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and product requirements.
- Conduct material testing to ensure durability, compatibility, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage relationships with packaging vendors and negotiate costs to meet project budgets.
- Oversee the prototype development process, from initial design concepts to final production approvals.
- Analyze packaging line efficiencies and implement improvements to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all packaging specifications and quality control logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging development, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software).
- Strong understanding of material science (plastics, glass, paper, etc.) and printing processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor negotiations effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic production environment.
