In this role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of cross-platform campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You won't just be managing budgets; you'll be leveraging AI to accelerate creative production, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-converting paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize advanced AI tools to streamline ad copywriting, image/video asset generation, and predictive performance modeling.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage daily budget pacing and bidding strategies to ensure optimal campaign delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Implement retargeting sequences to nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific algorithm changes and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media buying.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced proficiency in AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar automation platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent understanding of sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and direct response marketing principles.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic business decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
