- Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
- Conduct thorough market research to identify high-converting audience segments and emerging trends
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target demographics
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and CPA targets
- Perform A/B testing on ad elements to continuously improve conversion rates
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid efforts with overall campaign objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC/SEM campaigns
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Bing Ads
