- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and courteous tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in scheduling maintenance appointments and service bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the brand's values.
- Update customer records and manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Process payments and handle basic financial transactions if applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Must be an English Speaker (fluent or near-native proficiency is required).
- Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated (S1/D3) with relevant majors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid Internship Permit (Izin Magang) if required by local regulations.
