In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing high-converting advertising campaigns that drive growth and maximize ROI for our diverse client portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, manage, and scale high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily ad spend, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of campaign data to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure ad creative aligns with brand voice and performance best practices.
  • Manage audience targeting strategies, including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segmentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, policy changes, and beta features within the Meta ecosystem.

Kualifikasi

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven results in lead generation or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and Business Manager setup.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business strategies.
  • Expertise in ad copywriting and visual aesthetic judgment to identify winning creatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate campaign strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a remote, client-facing, or agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in additional channels like Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus.
