Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and optimize bids, targeting, and creative assets
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy aligned with campaign goals
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
- Assist in developing paid media strategies and budgets for new and existing client campaigns
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, preferably within a marketing agency environment
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations
- Experience creating and managing budgets across multiple paid media channels
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, platform reporting tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
