Lendi Group is seeking a Paid Media / Paid Ads Associate to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this 6-month contract role, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, executing and managing high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with strategists to translate business goals into actionable ad campaigns. You will be responsible for the end-to-day execution, ensuring that every peso spent delivers maximum Return on Investment (ROI). This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home with the collaboration of a dynamic office environment in Makati City.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage daily paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize bid strategies, and improve Quality Scores.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure reach and relevance.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets (in collaboration with design teams) that drive engagement.
- Monitor budgets daily to ensure spend stays within allocated limits while maximizing performance.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
