Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling performance across social channels? Wise Payments is seeking a strategic and analytical Paid Social Manager to join our regional hub in Singapore. In this role, you will be the architect behind our paid social strategy for the Asia region, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate our global brand vision into high-impact social campaigns. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, possesses a deep understanding of auction-based platforms, and has a proven track record of managing significant media budgets to deliver impressive ROI.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant regional platforms.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar regional budgets to achieve aggressive growth and CAC targets.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, audience segmentation, and landing page experiences to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets tailored for diverse Asian markets.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Work closely with regional marketing leads to ensure localized relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focusing on paid social media.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage significant media spend with a strong focus on ROAS and CPA.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with experience working in a cross-cultural/regional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in an additional Asian language is a significant advantage.
