- Create compelling ad copy and visual content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage paid social media budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving ROI targets through paid social advertising
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling ad copy
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
