Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of emergency medical care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during critical situations. We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Your primary focus will be to provide immediate medical assistance, assess patient conditions, and facilitate safe transport to medical facilities. We value clear communication and documentation, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. If you are a qualified D3 Nursing graduate with hands-on experience and a strong command of English, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform emergency medical assessments and triage to determine the severity of patient conditions.
- Administer basic and advanced life support, including CPR and wound management, in emergency situations.
- Operate emergency medical equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Document patient history, treatments administered, and response to care accurately.
- Communicate clearly with hospital staff, patients, and families during transport and care.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and medical regulations.
- Assist in the training of junior medical staff and participate in regular safety drills.
Kualifikasi
- D3 Keperawatan (Diploma in Nursing) with a specialization in Paramedicine or Emergency Care.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Paramedic or in a similar medical role.
- Valid professional license and certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
- Basic English proficiency (Cukup) for reading medical literature and communicating with international standards.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress, emergency environments.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport patients if necessary.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
