Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport and deliver a wide variety of parcels to residential and commercial addresses in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas.
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate your delivery vehicle or motorcycle daily.
- Obtain signatures or digital proof of delivery and handle payments if required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company transport regulations.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D for van/car, Class B2/B for motorcycle) with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with routes and neighborhoods in Subang Jaya and Selangor.
- Owning a reliable smartphone with active GPS navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry parcels of various sizes.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Punctual, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Prior experience in courier, e-commerce delivery, or logistics is a strong advantage.
