Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase spare parts revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key accounts across Indonesia
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure optimal parts availability
- Provide product training and sales support to dealer networks
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts sales or sales management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with dealer networks
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or machinery industry preferred
