From processing inquiries to providing technical guidance, your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and achieve sales targets for genuine spare parts and service products in the Medan region.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate price quotes, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including farmers, dealers, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs, promote parts sales, and provide expert technical guidance.
- Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Support marketing initiatives and product launches to increase parts and service market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in parts sales, service sales, or a related role within the heavy equipment, automotive, or agricultural machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery components and maintenance practices is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess a valid SIM A or C and willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera Utara region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
